Our recent outage has shown us that with all our redundancies, backups, and disaster planning, we are not immune from potentially losing your data..

Thankfully, no data was lost, but we were off-line for a considerable amount of time.

Since we can no longer guarantee the long-term availability of your data, we have made the difficult decision to shut JKN down gracefully.

If you have any important annotations or snapshots, please access your account and save them locally.

On the bright side, we will be back shortly with new improved services, all running under a state-of-the-art infrastructure with built-in automated redundancy.

In an ideal environment, we would have liked to migrate everyone to the new service with no disruption, but since the new service is not ready yet and we can no longer guarantee your data, we had make this difficult decision to shut jkn.com down at this time.
